Last updated 12 June 2026. Short version: the first test is free, premium is a one-time payment with a real 30-day money-back guarantee, the content is ours but your practice data is yours, and we ask you to use the site fairly.
NumericalReasoningPractice.com is operated by Cognivy ("we", "us"), based in Sweden. Contact: hello@cognivy.io. How we handle personal data is covered separately in the privacy policy.
We provide numerical-reasoning practice: tests, drills, simulators, mock tests and learning material. Free features are described on the pricing page; premium unlocks the full question bank and features listed there. We continually improve the service, which means features can change, be added, or occasionally be retired — without reducing the substance of what premium users paid for.
Accounts are personal and sign in without passwords (Google or email link/code). Keep access to your email secure — anyone with your sign-in email can access your account. One account per person; an account may not be shared, sold or transferred. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.
Premium is a one-time payment (no subscription) processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — your payment and billing details go to them, not us. "Lifetime" means a personal, non-transferable licence to use premium features for as long as the service operates, for your own test preparation. It is not a licence to copy, share or republish content.
If premium isn’t what you hoped, email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full — no questions, no forms. This sits on top of any statutory rights you have (for EU consumers, including the 14-day withdrawal right); nothing here reduces those rights. Refunded purchases lose premium access.
Please don’t: scrape, bulk-download or republish questions and solutions; share or resell account access; use the service to build a competing question bank; or attempt to disrupt or circumvent its security and access controls. We may suspend accounts that do, and for serious abuse a refund won’t be offered outside your statutory rights.
All questions, solutions, text and software are our original work and remain ours. Your results and practice history are yours — see the privacy policy for how to get or delete them. Publisher and employer names mentioned on the site (SHL, Aon, Korn Ferry, Criteria, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
We work hard to keep content accurate and machine-verified, and format information current — but we can’t guarantee that any employer’s process matches what we describe, and practice improves preparation, not outcomes: no test result or job offer is promised. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here, and continued use means acceptance. If we ever had to discontinue the service entirely, we would give premium users reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes belong to the Swedish courts — though if you’re a consumer elsewhere in the EU, you keep any protections and venue rights your home country’s law gives you.
